Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of SuperApps (the “app”), published by İbrahim Kasapoğlu, based in İstanbul, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The app

SuperApps is a set of small tools for everyday jobs: calculators, a unit converter, text tools, image tools, PDF tools, QR and barcode tools, and developer tools. The tools run on your device. Which tools are available can differ between Android and iPhone and can change over time.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business purposes, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. We keep all other rights in the app.

You may not copy, modify or redistribute the app, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, bypass its ads, free-use limits or subscription checks, or use it to break the law or anyone’s rights.

4. Your files

Your files and content remain yours. The app processes them on your device; we do not receive or store them, and we claim no rights in them.

You are responsible for the files you work on, and for having the right to open, change or convert them. Use the PDF tools that add or remove a password only on documents you are allowed to change.

The app does not keep copies of your files. Keep a backup of anything important: we cannot recover a file that was deleted, overwritten or lost.

5. Free use and ads

The app is free to use with ads. Without SuperApps Pro, the tools need an internet connection. Processing or exporting a file with a tool uses one of a limited number of free uses, shared across the whole app. When they are used up, you can watch an optional ad to keep going for a limited time, or subscribe to SuperApps Pro. The number of free uses, the length of that time and the ads shown may change.

Ads are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the products or services they advertise.

6. SuperApps Pro

SuperApps Pro is an auto-renewing annual subscription. It removes ads and free-use limits, lets you use the tools without an internet connection, and includes any tools we offer as part of Pro. The price, in your currency, is shown in the store before you buy.

  • Payment: charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each year unless you cancel it before the renewal date. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Managing and canceling: in your Apple ID’s subscriptions on iPhone (apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions), or in Payments and subscriptions in Google Play on Android (play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds: handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or by Google (Google Play’s refund policy) under their own policies.
  • Price changes: the store tells you in advance and, where the law or the store requires it, asks for your agreement before a new price applies.
  • Restoring: after reinstalling the app or on a new device, use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen with the same Apple or Google account.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer, including any legal right to withdraw from a purchase or to end a subscription early.

7. Apple, Google and other services

The app relies on services from Apple, Google and RevenueCat, and their own terms also apply.

If you downloaded the app from Apple’s App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms are not a custom license that replaces it. If you got the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply to your purchase.

Codes you scan can contain links, phone numbers or other actions that open other apps or websites. We are not responsible for what is outside the app, so check a link before you open it.

8. Changes to the app

We may add, change or remove tools, and we may stop offering the app. We work to keep it running well, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

9. No warranty

The tools are built to give accurate results, but check any result that matters to you, such as a calculation, a conversion or an edited document, before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law gives you.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the loss of data or files, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and nothing affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may end your license if you seriously break these terms. Sections 4, 9, 10 and 13 continue to apply after that.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the effective date at the top will show the latest version. If a change is significant, we will announce it on this page before it takes effect. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.

13. Law and disputes

We are based in Türkiye. The law that applies to these terms is decided by the applicable conflict of laws rules, and these terms never take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. They do not name an exclusive court or require arbitration: you can use the courts and consumer bodies the law makes available to you, including the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in Türkiye. Please contact us first, since most problems can be solved by email.
